    Masters Academy

The Colorado Institute for Municipal Clerks is designed to promote knowledge, develop the skills of municipal clerks, increase professionalism among members and better equip the municipal clerk to assist local government in providing services to its citizens and in meeting the changing expectations of the future.  The MMC program targets those clerks who have received their CMC certification and wish to continue learning new, innovative skills designed for professional education.

There are several opportunities throughout the year to participate in MMC courses.  There is an Academy in conjunction with the CML Annual Conference, as well as a MMC Academy held in the fall most years.

    2018 Summer Masters Academy

Our Annual Summer Masters Academy will once again follow the CML Conference - this year in Vail, June 22-23, 2018, from 8 AM to 5 PM each day.  The program is two full days of training on important topics you face as leaders and managers.  Friday brings a session on "Crucial Conversations".  Saturday will focus on "Training and Coaching"  It's not just for athletes!
