2024 CMCA CONFERENCE

Over 100 Municipal Clerks representing cities and towns across Colorado are expected at this annual conference. We are excited to hold this year's conference in Fort Collins, Colorado!

Fort Collins is home to fabulous recreational opportunities, diverse cultural attractions, a vibrant nightlife scene and family fun.  Old Town Fort Collins, where the conference will be based, served as the inspiration for Disneyland's Main Street, U.S.A.

It's known to be a bike friendly, dog friendly, music-loving, recreationally active and is home to over 25 breweries. Join us October 22-25 in Fort Collins!

The Hilton Fort Collins has availability for rooms for check in on Thursday and check out on Friday of the conference. This room would be great for people coming in only for Thursday and Awards Dinner, or those who get a new reservation at The Elizabeth and have to check out on Thursday but need a room Thursday night.

Sponsorship sign up for the 2024 Annual Conference has closed due to reaching capacity at our venue. Email nikki@psc.biz to be placed on the communication list for 2025 Annual Conference in Pueblo, Colorado. 

Annual Conference Refund Policy: 

Full refunds, less a $75 processing fee, will be made if a written request for cancellation is received before September 9, 2024.  There are no refunds after September 9, 2024 for any reason.   Cancellation requests must be made in writing - email to: admin@cmcaclerks.com . Cancellation requests received after the deadline, no-shows and instances where participants need to leave the event before it is over will be charged the full registration fee and are not entitled to any refund.

All refunds will be issued via check and for the registration fee only.  Credit card processing fees will not be refunded.
