The Annual Conference Committee is responsible for planning, organizing, and publicizing the CMCA Annual Conference.
This committee is responsible for:
- Conferring with the conference hotel on arrangements for specific meeting areas, room rates, complimentary rooms, and meals
- Scheduling social activities and all-conference events
- Reviewing the policies, procedures, guidelines, and regulations governing the activities of the committee and recommending updates and changes to the Executive Board
- Ensuring the Conference Coordinator performs required duties
