 Meeting” means any kind of gathering, convened to discuss public business, in person, by telephone, electronically, or by other means of communication.

Official action cannot be taken by a municipal governing body except at a valid meeting held in compliance with the Colorado Open Meetings Law (C.R.S. §§ 24-6-401 - 402.59) Specifically, no resolution, rule, regulation, ordinance, or formal action of a “local public body” is valid unless taken or made at a meeting that meets the requirements of the Open Meetings Law.
